Take a mindful pause in your week and join us at LP Chalee Hermitage for Sunday meditation. Starting at 1:00 PM, the session includes 30 minutes of walking meditation, 30 minutes of sitting meditation, and a short teaching by Phra Bryan, conducted in English. This welcoming session is free to the public and offers a quiet space to cultivate mindfulness, reflection, and inner calm. All levels are invited — no experience necessary.
